Wonderful House in Bandol with Barbecue and Terrace

This holiday house is the last unit of a townhouse and has a separate entrance. The owner lives in the building, as well. A quiet holiday home in the countryside, ideal for holiday makers looking for peace and quiet.

The house was renovated in 2005 and can accommodate four to five people. It boasts a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm) + two beds in the hall. Both rooms have a television. An additional single bed (90cm) is available for a child. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle and a small dining table.

The house has a patio, surrounded by trees, offering welcome shade. It is furnished with a barbecue, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. An enclosed parking space is available. It is about two kilometres to the closest sandy beach and the ocean and 900 meters to the nearest supermarket.

    “un séjour parfait l, l'appartement très fonctionnel avec climatisation dans les chambres très apprécié , tout est réfléchi pour l'organisation de la cuisine , barbecue ,transat , douche extérieur , la terrasse ombragée , rien ne manque; un accueil très agréable et très convivial”

    “Komplett eingerichtet wie daheim mit Fön, Handtücher, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Waschmaschine, Waschmittel, Spüli, Gewürze, Essig und Öl. Das ist super, da braucht man nix extra kaufen. Fernseher sogar in der Küche, toller Gasgrill auf der Terrasse, sogar Autoparkplatz beschattet und mit elektronischem Rolltor. Alles top sauber. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, kann nur französisch, aber mit unseren geringen Kenntnissen klappte es auch prima. Er gab uns Tipps und zeichnete sogar eine Karte für uns. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegennetzen, dennoch Insektenspray und Anti Mücken Creme einpacken.
    Auf alle Fälle die Route des Cretes machen. Toller Strand auch für Hunde in der Calanques Port d`Alon, ca. 10 Autominuten Richtung St. Cry sur Mer. Mit kleinem Restaurant (frische Austern, Crevettes etc.)”

    “Sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Klimaanlagen, Mückengitter! Gute Betten und alles sehr sauber! Schönes Bad, sogar mit Waschmaschine! Fernseher leider nur französische Sender, aber auch DVD-Player und DVD`s vorhanden. Küche hat keine Klimaanlage, daher zügiges kochen bei Hitze! Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc. alles vorhanden, was man benötigt! Terrasse mit Gasgrill und Dusche, sehr netter Vermieter.”
