This modern Apartment Resort enjoys a unique location nestled on the rocky coastline along the northern coastline of the sunny island of Menorca. It is located on Punta Grossa, in a quiet area just a few meters from the sea. This part of the coast boasts miles of sandy beaches.
The resort with a communal swimming pool consists of two-storey buildings that are interconnected by green areas. The pool benefits from a separate area for children and affords stunning sea views. The pool is illuminated at night for swimming under the starry sky. A car is recommended, secure parking spaces are available right in front of your apartment.
The complex has a swimming pool for communal use and a shower. There is room to park the car outside the complex.
Towels will be changed on the forth day, after arrival.

a bus stop serving the island’s towns about two kilometres away. There is hardly any nightlife,

The 70 m² is located on either the ground floor or the first floor. It has a lounge/ living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area is furnished with a television and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed for two persons. The kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee machine and a washing machine. The bathroom provides a bath tub. Some apartments have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and some apartments have two bedrooms, both with single beds.
The apartment can be ground or the first floor. It has a lounge/ living room with a fully-equipped
