Frontline beach holiday apartment for up to three persons in Gran Canaria

This holiday accommodation is a very beautiful apartment in first row to the beach. A quiet and comfortable place with beautiful views and a long beach promenade.

The apartment is on the penultimate floor of the building. It features one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and wardrobes/drawers with plenty of storage room.

The apartment has a large terrace with a table and wooden chairs with seat cushions.

The south-facing apartment benefits from an exceptional view of the sea and the gardens.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, air conditioning, flat screen television, free of charge Wifi internet, satellite television with English channels, and a stereo.

The kitchen is complete with dish washer, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, continuous flow water heater, coffee machine, juicer, ceran cooktop, oven, and extractor hood.

The bathroom has a shower, bidet, washing machine, and a cupboard.

The outside area boasts a communal swimming pool and hammocks, and also a very beautiful garden area with a children’s playground. Nearby, there is a restaurant and a chill out area. Parking facilities are 50 metres away. There is also a supermarket and a beach promenade. You can buy fresh fish at a fish mongers. Access to the beach, 20 m from the apartment, is via a ramp.

In the surroundings of the apartment you find restaurants, shops, cafes, a beautiful spa, entertainment facilities for young and old, water sports, tennis, and a swimming pool.

The people are nice and hospitable. This place is a small village surrounded by palm trees, it has a bus stop, taxi rank, car rental, cash machines. You will be enchanted by the particular charm of this place.

    “Gezellig, knus appartement met prachtig balkon. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig maken het verblijf bijzonder prettig. Enthousiaste, fijne ontvangst door de eigenaresse die er alles aan doet om de gasten naar de zin te maken.
    Parkeren van de auto is even lopen, maar door het mooie weer is dat nooit een probleem gebleken.”

    “Mooi appartementje, net groot genoeg voor een koppel (misschien met kind); alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Badkamer met zeer goede douche, toilet en lavabo/bidet. Ook wasmachine (niet gebruikt). Kluisje pluspunt. Ook satelliet tv. Keuken basic, misschien iets meer glazen en tassen voorzien. Goede bedden.

    Mooi terras met zonneluifel en aangenaam zicht op tuintje en zee (en bergen binnenland, ligt beetje aan de buitenkant van het resort, wat het rustiger maakt). Vlotte parkeerplaats in de achterliggende straat en via parkje snel bereikbaar. Proper onderhouden. Vriendelijke eigenares.”

    “Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Alles vorhanden, gute Ausstattung, sauber, wunderbare neue Matratzen, sonnige Terrasse von morgens bis abends, nach vorne seitlicher Meerblick, nach hinten Bergblick. Das Bad wurde neu gefliest und hat eine Glasduschwand (entgegen dem Angebot). Der Pool vom gegenüberliegenden Hotel kann benutzt werden, ist sauber aber von vielen schwedischen Touristen belagert. Die Wohnung können wir bestens empfehlen, wir kommen auch gerne wieder darauf zurück.”
