The apartment is located in Calahonda between the Mountains and the sea. The entire block has only four floors.This beautiful apartment has beds for a maximum of seven people with a total of three bedrooms, whereas two bedrooms have each a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. However, the apartment is for a maximum of seven people. In addition to that there are two bathrooms, whereas one of them is ensuite. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge/dining area. The lounge and both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.

Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required). It is possible to rent the appartement monthly from January to March.

The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years. High Speed internet throughout the penthouse. Events/parties are not allowed at this penthouse. Pets are not allowed.

Self check-in is available at this flat. Full instructions will be sent to each guest after booking. .

This apartment provides a great place to relax or to enjoy many of the facilities of Calahonda. There is a large choice of Golf courses very near. Enjoy fantastic weather, an amazing setting and beautiful restaurants, bars and cafes. Calahonda is well positioned to reach Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda within a few hours’ drive. The city of Malaga is also beautiful with its historical old town and very glamorous Calle Larios with trendy shops and boutiques also the Picasso Museum. The picturesque Mountain Village of Mijas with its famous donkey taxis is just 15 minutes’ drive. You can also easily visit the elegant suburbs of Puerto Banus and Marbella and travel further on to Gibraltar. The centre of Calahonda has hundred of bars, cafes and restaurants. There are many international restaurants. There is a wide selection of shops. You can also visit Tivoli World, the children's theme park is situated in Arroyo de la Miel. Fuengirola Zoo is nearby and the marine wildlife park. Located a couple of kilometres along the road is Puerto Cabopino, which has the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the Costa del Sol and is a popular venue for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. Some of the coasts most popular restaurants, such as Alberts and Giuseppes Pizzeria, are located here. Close by are the natural sand dunes at Cabopino, if you are looking for a beach resort with more facilities, then head in either direction, left or right and you will come to one of the popular destinations of Fuengirola (to the left) and Marbella (to the right), where you have great beaches and leisure facilities galore. There is a large choice of Golf Courses in the Calahonda area. Calahonda enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable; temperatures average 32 ºC during the summer.

    “Zeer mooi, proper en groot huis met een heel groot terras, gelegen op een heel mooie en rustige locatie, prachtig uitzicht met voor je de zee, en achter je de bergen. Zeer goede bedden. Klein min punt misschien een windscherm plaatsen , zeker rond de jacuzzi want daar waaide het nogal. Zeker een aanrader.”

    “Huis was top! BBQ en Jacuzzi en goede ondersteuning ter plekke. Het enige minpunt was het ventilatie systeem/airconditioning in het huis. Die zou ik niet aanraden en ik zou zelf een normale airconditioning prefereren!”

    “Bedankt voor de leuke reacties. Ik ben er niet zeker van uw opmerking over de airconditioning, want het is een normaal systeem voor Spanje. Misschien heb je niet zeker hoe om hem te bedienen. Maar de beheerder is altijd beschikbaar om klanten te helpen als systemen anders kan. Maar ik ben erg blij dat u genoten van onze vakantie.
