Wonderful Apartment in Lichtenrade with Private Parking

The non-smoking, furnished apartment in the attic (second floor) of an apartment building was fully modernised and newly furnished in 2012. The location has little traffic and plenty of greenery. There are plenty of free parking spaces. As can be seen on the photos, each window looks out onto greenery. If you like peace and quiet, greenery and the twittering of birds, untypical in Berlin, then this is the right place for you.

The terrace in the garden can be used fo grilling on the grill provided.

This light and inviting, non-smoking holiday apartment of around 74m² is on the second floor (attic9 of a quiet residential house and is suitable for up to six people. The 30m² living room has a cosy sofa corner, as well as a dining table with six chairs, dressers, a TV and a stereo system. The fist bedroom includes two single beds (100 x 200cm) and a wardrobe, while the second also has two single beds (90 x 200cm), a desk and a wardrobe. The built-in kitchen allows self-catering with a microwave with convection, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob and a full set of tableware and cookware. The bathroom is fitted with a bath. All the rooms, including the bathroom and kitchen, have windows. There is central heating. The kitchen and bathroom have tiled floors, while the living room and bedrooms are laid with laminate.

Within a few hundred metres you can find all kinds of shops.

    “Keurige boven verdieping aan de rand van Berlijn. Schoon en volledig ingericht. Je werd keurig ontvangen door de eigenaar. Veel restaurantjes en supermarkten in de buurt. Wij hebben alles met de auto gedaan maar volgens mij was en U Bahn wel 3,5 km. vanaf het huisje houdt hier dus wel rekening mee als je alles hiermee wilt bezoeken. Zeker een huisje om te boeken om vanuit hier Berlijn te ontdekken.”

    “Très bien situé, un peu en dehors du centre ville, au calme (13 km du centre). Appartement moderne et propre, situé dans une maison à 2 étages, avec beau jardin.

    Les propriétaires sont très sympas et n'hésitent pas à vous conseiller. Celui-ci manque peut-être juste un peu d'équipement (au niveau de la cuisine) et ne possède pas de lave-linge (un peu gênant si on reste plusieurs jours). Appartement à recommander.”

    “Absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, gut bürgerlichen Einfamilienhaussiedlung.

    Eine Anmerkung an diese Plattform: Schön wäre es, wenn man über atraveo.de auch einen längeren Zeitraum buchen könnte als den vorgegebenen Zeitraum.”
