    “Heerlijk rustig gelegen huisje met eigen zwembad. Deze wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Huisje en interieur is wat verouderd maar wel compleet. Terrein waar huisje op ligt is niet heel bijzonder. Maar wel rustig gelegen en heerlijk om even bij te tanken.”

Sauberkeit, Zustand war alles o.k., allerdings würden wir nicht an die max. angebotene Belegungszahl für das Objekt gehen, da es dann zu klein wäre und auch die Ausstattung knapp wird. Bis auf kleine Mängel, die aber zu vernachlässigen sind war das Objekt in einem sehr gutem Zustand.”

    “Im Zeitraum vom 11.06. bis 22.06.14 waren wir dort. Ausgestattet war das Haus mit einem großen Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Küche, Terrasse, Waschmaschine und eigenem Pool. Der Zustand war gepflegt, modern und es gab tägliche Poolpflege. Die Sauberkeit war absolut in Ordnung. Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Ferienanlage (Country Paradise) mit vielen Ferienhäusern im Westen von Stintino. Sehr ruhige Lage, kein Verkehrslärm und man braucht ca. 10 min per Auto zum bekannten Strand "La Pelosa". Terrasse mit Meerblick vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten diverse Shops, Bars, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt in der Ferienanlage, je nach Lage der Unterkunft sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Unterhaltung gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes jeden Abend ab ca. 20 Uhr italienisches Showprogramm mit Animation für Kinder, später für Erwachsene.”
