Quietly situated ground-floor apartment in a charming landscape near Passau
This quietly situated, family-run, comfortable apartment is very close to the three rivers town of Passau, in the midst of the Bavarian golf and thermal baths region between Bad Füssing and Bad Griesbach, nestled amidst fields and meadows.
The apartment is on the ground floor and provides around 50m² of living space. The living room-kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed for a modern household, including a four-ring hob and an oven, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, bread machine, kettle and freezer compartment. There is also a comfortable corner bench with a table for six people. There is a pull-out sofa bed for a child or as a separate bed. The light living room-kitchen and the bedroom have satellite TV. The spacious bedroom has double beds. The light bathroom provides a spacious shower, under-floor heating and a towel radiator. Bath towels, hand towels and a hairdryer are provided.
The holiday apartment has sunny terrace with an awning. The big garden provides new and comfortable garden and deckchairs for relaxing. The garden has play equipment: a swing, baby swing, slide and sandpit. There is parking space right in front of the house. You can also use a garage.
You can use a washing machine and dryer nearby, and a telephone and wireless Internet access free of charge. There is a storage room for your own or hired bicycles. A cot, children’s bed and highchair can be provided on request. It is non-smoking accommodation. The owner lives on the first floor. A bread rolls delivery service is available.
