The house is at the end of a residential street right by the harbour in Neuendorf. The new building (2010) invites you to go swimming, fishing, surfing, cycling, hiking etc., or simply to relax. The two semi-detached houses each have two private parking spaces. There is a public car park available for additional cars.
There is a snack bar nearby with seasonal opening times. It is 50 metres to the beach (grass/pebble). The water is flatly shelved and therefore ideal for swimming, especially for children. The location of the house is very good for trips to Stralsund, Ribnitz, Fischland-Darss and Rostock. There is a cycle path right in front of the house. You can hire boats locally and there is bicycle hire just 300 metres away. The beach is ideal for kite surfers and surfers and there are boat moorings in the harbour. You can go on extended walks, or just lie on the terrace and enjoy the view of the water, or enjoy sporty and active days on bike tours – anything is possible.

This semi-detached house of a high standard is comfortably furnished and ideal for relaxing, in a quiet location on the village outskirts.
The semi-detached house can accommodate up to six people and has three separate bedroom. It has two bathrooms with a shower or bath. The house has a fireplace and a sauna. The ground floor has a kitchen with direct access to the two terraces. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, stove with an oven and a dishwasher. The living and dining room is open and has a cosy dining corner with a fireplace. The ground-floor living room is equipped with satellite TV with a DVD player and a stereo system. There is a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, toilet and sauna. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms each with a double bed and TV and another separate bedroom with two beds on the gallery and alcoves. The upper floor also has a bathroom with a shower and bath. Wireless Internet access is available. Only a limited data volume of 5 GB / month is available. There is a washing machine in the house available for use with coins.

“Super Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich wie zu hause. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Hatten die Wohnung mit der überdachten Terrasse, sodass wir auch bei Regenwetter draußen sitzen konnten. Leider hatten wir nicht das perfekte Badewetter, aber es gibt ja genügend Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, wir haben viele Tipps erhalten über Ausflugsmöglichkeiten usw.”
