This inviting vacation home with pool enjoys a quiet location in Istria, but also close to the city and beautiful beaches. Consisting of two buildings, it offers you everything you need for a pleasant vacation. In the outbuilding there is an activity room, two bathrooms and an additional kitchen. In the pool you will swim your laps and really relax. Nearby you will discover the old small town of Labin, it is located on a hill and attracts many guests with historical monuments and a breathtaking view. A trip to Rabac will also enrich your vacation.

    “Das Haus ist schwer zu finden. Deshalb sollte man sich vom Besitzer einen genauen Anfahrtsplan geben lassen. Die Hausnummern sind etwas seltsam vergeben und stimmen mit dem Navigationsgerät nicht überein. Also wenn man das Haus nicht lange suchen will, sollte man sich vorher gut erkundigen.

    Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen ein wenig Besteck aber sonst alles gut. Das Haus steht in einer etwas kargen Gegend und das Grundstück ist nicht umzäunt. Wenn man also ein Haustier hat, sollte man das bedenken. Was noch zu bedenken ist, zu dem Haus gehören auch drei Katzen. Sehr süß, wer aber einen Hund hat der sich damit nicht versteht, wird etwas Schwierigkeiten haben. Alle Häuser in der Umgebung besitzen mindestens einen großen Hund und andere Haustiere. In der Nähe ist auch ein Hundezüchter der viele Hunde im Zwinger hält. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, spricht allerdings nur kroatisch und italienisch. Er kommt auch jeden Abend und gießt den gesamten Garten bzw. die gesamten Weinreben.

    In der Nähe sind auch einige Supermärkte die sehr modern ausgestattet sind. Man bekommt alles was man braucht. Zum Haus gehört auch ein sehr guter Grill, der im Freien steht. Das Haus besitzt einen Vollwärmeschutz und heizt sich dadurch nicht so auf. Das ist bei ganz heißen Tagen sehr angenehm. Die beiden Klimageräte sorgen für den Rest. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, allerdings braucht man für alle Besorgungen ein Auto. Das Haus ist praktisch neu und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alle Türen und Fenster haben einen Fliegenschutzgitter. Wir hatten dadurch während unserem gesamten Urlaub keinen einzigen Mückenstich.”
