Due to its elevated position, this house, which is part of the internationally renowned resort Golf de Pont Royal halfway between Aix-en-Provence and Avignon, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The very elegantly and brightly furnished accommodation includes, among other things, four bedrooms and a double garage, in addition to extensive lounges. Here, attention is also paid to the safety of small children: fenced terrace and mobiles with child safety locks. The heated pool with alarm benefits from a sunny position in the garden with large trees and can be used from mid-April until the end of September. Besides the activities offered to you at the resort, the region also attracts you with many attractions. For example, the gorgeous landscape of the Alpilles awaits you in the vicinity with exciting places like Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence, which was awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The nearby Luberon is also a worthwhile excursion area. Here you should pay a visit to the cozy mountain village of Gordes and Lourmarin, as well as Rustrel, which is also called the Colorado Provençal due to its abundance of ocher.

    “Ein extrem gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allen erdenklichen Dingen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt:
    - alle technischen Geräte inkl. Bügeleisen, Bügeltisch und Elektrogrill
    - viele Spiele und Bücher
    - Unmengen von Trinkgläsern, sehr viel Besteck - also selten etwas zu spülen
    - sehr schön möbliert
    - jede Menge Werkzeug und Ersatzteile (wie Glühbirnen)
    - genug Betten für sechs Personen plus zusätzliche Schlafcouch
    - im Garten viele sehr gute Liegestühle je im Schatten und in der Sonne
    Dazu blitzsauber und mit regelmäßiger Betreuung von Pool und sehr schön bepflanztem Garten.
    Ausgezeichnet für Familien auch mit kleinen Kindern, da abgezäunter Spielbereich auf der Terrasse mit vielen Außenspielgeräten.
    Einzige Einschränkungen:
    (1) Die Lage an der Durchfahrtsstraße zu anderen Häusern/Siedlungen, innerhalb der Anlage ist morgens früh von den vielen Dienstleistern gut befahren, da schläft es sich bei im Sommer wie üblich offenen Fenstern nicht so gut.
    (2) Die Matratzen in den Betten sind sehr hart und nicht so komfortabel.”
