Charming holiday near the beach on the Atlantic Coast with a small garden and a patio and sporting facilities

This 75 m² house is quietly located on the Atlantic Ocean, 300 meters from the beach and 200 meters from a small lake.

The house has a 50 m² ground floor and a 25 m² top floor. The ground floor houses a bedroom, furnished with a 140 cm bed and access to the patio, a living/dining room for eight with a fireplace and a television. The fully loaded kitchen also offers access to the patio and is furnished with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, electric stove, a coffee maker and a breakfast nook. The bathroom boasts a shower, a sink and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. The top floor houses a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and the mezzanine with two 90 cm beds.

Outside, you can make use of a small garden and the 40 m² patio with outdoor furniture, a sun shade, armchairs and sun loungers. A barbecue is available, as well. Parking is available next to the house; the property is enclosed.

It is 400 meters to shops and 300 meters to an aquatic sports facility. It is 2-3 km to the fishing and yacht harbour. There are numerous bicycle and hiking trails. There are also a zoo and an aquarium nearby. Aquatic sports, including scuba diving and surfing, abound.

    “Bonjour ,
    Malgré la météo pluvieuse, jolie maison,propriétaire très agréable et disponible,le descriptif correspond à l annonce ( calme, distance de la maison à l étang et océan (à 800 m )etc...)aimer la marche et le vélo ou utiliser la voiture car c'est éloigné des commerces ( avoir le sens de l orientation ?? car quelques rues àsens unique , merci au GPS) , à 15 mns du marché( tous les jours ) à pieds , extinction des lumières de la rue à minuit , éloignée du remblais.
    Pour la tranquillité à conseiller, et animaux acceptés,pas de vis àvis côté terrasse .A mon avis personnel escalier des chambres du haut moins adapté pour les enfants en bas âge , être prudent,équipement nickel, si chien taille moyenne n'est pas tenu en laisse peut franchir lemuret ( pas de barrière) devant la maison et aller sur la route directement et je redis propriétaire au TOP ,merci àvous,se garer dans la rue , place facilement disponible.
    Idéale pour les surfers , école de voile proche.

    “Ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung, schöner privater Garten mit Terrasse, sehr bequeme Betten, bewachter Badestrand in unmittelbarer Nähe, Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants in Les Sables d'Olonne in rd. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen; Tagesausflüge nach La Rochelle, Nantes (gut 1 Stunde Fahrzeit) und der Ile d'Yeu zu empfehlen.”

    “Sehr sauber und leicht zu reinigen, sehr bequeme Betten, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Badestrand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, angenehme Nachbarschaft. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Das WC (getrennt vom Bad, was an sich eine gute Sache ist) hat kein Fenster und lässt sich also schlecht von unangenehmen Gerüchen befreien.”
