Near Gizycko- In the middle of nature to sleep 5 .The house Uroda or " Beauty" in english is a neat and cosy wooden summer cottage house only 100m away from lovely shore of sandy beach of the Kissain lake. Located on the corner of the small village of Pierkunowo. On a very green premise, natural lawn, flowers, bushes- this wooden house stands on the rear end.Protected on the eastern and southern side by a small forest with is followed by vaste grainfields. To the west only a few neighboring gardens keep you from touching the sun setting beautifully in the lake, best lake view from you will have the balcony. The cars on the paved road to the North 50m away leading to the beach are hardly ever heard.There is another , bigger wooden house for guest ( 6-7 beds) at the moment equipped for rent from beginning of August.The landlady is living in a seperate house at the other end of the property.
A somewhat steep stairway leads to the upper floor. There you will find two bedrooms. The first one with two single beds and the balcony; the second one with one single bed and an additional mattress for an extra child if necessary.The premises is savely fenced in to allow children to play or a dog to run freely.
You are entering the house through the terrace. On the groundfloor you will find the lounge, a small open kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, mini oven, electr. plates, microwave, coffeemachine, hotwatercooker, toaster..., a very comfortable queensize bed and a closed room with showerbath/ WC, sink.
Only 200m away there is a grocery store open 7 days a week with most things you need like fresh buns early in the morning.Gizycko the next city with lots of tourist attractions is only a 5km walk Through the forest along the lake and canal . A public bus transport is heading for town 5 x a day. Bus stop in front of the store.
On the terrace you will have some outdoor furniture. There is a petanque court for challenging games and a basketball pole , Volleyballball and net to set up , Badmington rackets for sporting activities are available. Two bicycles can be used free of charge. A rowing boat for fishing or swimming is on hand for you on anchor at the beach.
