Apartment in the centre of the city of Nerja

The apartment is located at the centre of Nerja and despite is central location is quiet and bright.

Furthermore, there is a private inner courtyard with a washing machine and a clothes line. The warm water is provided by solar heating.

The property boasts two bedrooms, one with a cast iron double bed (135 cm) and the second one with a double and a single bed (80 cm) and both with nightstands, a desk and a wardrobe. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans. The kitchen/living area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a ceran stove, a granite worktop, a microwave, a refrigerator a 32 inch LCD television and a three seater sofa. The naturally lit bathroom boasts a bathtub, a hairdryer, a bidet, a sink and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available upon request at a fee.

The apartment is located at the heart of Nerja, near the Plaza de Espana, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and the beach. It is only a 2 minute walk to the famous "Balcón de Europa".

    “Läget på lägenheten var super!
    Nära till shopping, alla stränderna runtomkring, affärer, buss och det mysiga torget.
    Tyvärr var det ingen terass där man kunde se ut på utan, det kändes lite instängt.
    När det gäller utrustning så var det helt ok. Strykjärn, tvättmaskin, AC, microvågsugn, tv mm. Tyvärr ingen diskmaskin. Städa får man göra själv.
    Men i det stora hela så är den helt ok.”
