Wonderful Villa with Private Pool, No neighbors - Walk to Beach, Restaurants, Night Market etc.

Welcome to spend a fantastic vacation at our newly renovated villa in Khao Lak.

We are committed to making sure our guests have a wonderful experience all the way from arriving at the airport until they check out, including amazing activities at discounted price through our tour operator service partner.

We have installed new air-conditioning units, dishwasher and fridge / freezer with ice maker in the kitchen, waching machine and dryer in the laundry room, new TV in living room, refurbished swimming pool, new patio sunroof on the second floor barbeque lounge, new toilets, outdoor furniture and several other improvements around the property to make sure you're going to have a wonderful vacation in the land of Smiles.

EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED : Electricity, Airport Transfer (one trip), gas, water, internet and final cleaning. Fully air-conditioned house, 5 minutes walk to amazing beach, numerous restaurants and the famous Night Market with more than 150 shops!

PERFECT FOR LARGE GROUPS BECAUSE ALL BEDROOMS ARE VERY SPACIOUS AND HAVE THEIR OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM.

Note: We are helping the local community and have adopted a sweet little orphan dog, her name is Dotty. She is completely harmless and roams normally around the property keeping the area free from rodents, lizards etc. You don't need to let her inside the garden if you don't want, nor give her food as the neighbors are taking care of that when we are not staying in the house.

PLEASE NOTE: When renting a vacation home in Thailand, it is adviseable to rent a house that doesn´t have any immediate neighbors, to avoid unnessesary inconveniences during your stay, while maintaining your privacy. It is also recommended that you choose a property with a good location as several homes are normally located far away from everything, meaning you have to rent vehicles to get around, which is something you should avoid in Thailand.

This magnificent villa is absolutely perfectly located - secluded with no neighbors yet walking distance to paradise sandy beach, shopping, numerous local and international restaurants, massage parlors and bars as well as the popular Night Market which is a large open air market where you find more than 100 stalls offering everything from fresh meat and vegetables to clothes and souvenirs at very good price.

Wonderful fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom house close to the beach with a private swimming pool, high speed WiFi, very large bedrooms, all with balcony & en-suite bathrooms, perfect for large groups. We also have 3 baby cots available upon request.

Transfer from Phuket Airport to our house Included for all new bookings of minimum 7 days - The chauffeur of our service partner will wait for you at the terminal exit and bring you safely to our house.

The chauffeur can offer you a wide range of day tours around the area at very reasonable price while you stay with us. Our spacious villa offers 4 large bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes. These air-conditioned surroundings comprise a lounge, dining room, western kitchen, laundry room, not to mention the large terrace and balconies stretching all around the second floor, providing great views of the mountains and river that flows next to the house.

Our villa is self service, meaning there's no maid or other services included. We do however have a house keeper that looks after the house and maintain the pool, they can assist you if you would like help with cleaning / maid / chef service, or if something breaks during your stay.

About Khao Lak
Khao Lak is surrounded by rice fields and rubber, palm and coconut plantations. The interior is covered in magnificent natural jungle and rises to meet high hills, cut by streams and cascading waterfalls such as Saeng Thong, Lam Roo and Chong Fa. The quiet residential areas are very pleasant, with plenty of amenities.

The tranquil tourist resort of Khao Lak can be found 70km north of Phuket International Airport and can be accessed in less than one hour from Phuket. Khao Lak is home to beautiful beaches, resorts, restaurants and bars. Its growing infrastructure has elevated its status and now has many expats living there and starting new businesses.

This popular tourist village is a perfect destination for families, as you have everything on walking distance from the house.

There are plenty of activities to keep you busy every day or just lounge by the pool with a good book. If you like to explore the wonderful experience of typical Thai Massage you just have to walk down to the beach (400m) and visit one of the several beach huts for a 1 hour full body massage at the price of around 9 Euro.

If you like diving, Khao Lak is the perfect destination, having the world famous diving destination of Similian Islands just off the coast. There are hundreds of local dive schools offering everything from 1-day tours up to several weeks on Live-Aboard ships.

Khao Lak has everything for everyone, except the hassle and dazzle and noise of busy Phuket island. The charm and beauty of true Thailand is to be found in Khao Lak – something Phuket lost 20 years ago.

    “I have nothing but compliments to give this wonderful vacation property, and our entire group are sending our warmest gratitudes to the house keepers who found great baby sitter and cook during our stay!
    The villa is large, clean and very well maintained, plus conveniently located, right in the middle of everything you need during your stay, which is so important for us. You can easily walk to the beach and there are several restaurants along the main beach access road which serves excellent local cuisine as well as international food.
    The airport transfer went very smooth as the driver waited with a name sign at the exit and quickly helped our group of 8 people into the van, and drove us directly to the house. One of us is in a wheelchair which was not a problem as there is one bedroom on the ground floor and only minor steps here and there.
    The elephant safari and visit to Khao Sok national park was a highlight, not to mention the 3-day diving trip to Similian Islands that some of us went on. The only negative was that we wish our vacation was at least one week longer!!”

    “We stayed here in Nov 2016, and was very impressed. The house exceeded our expectations, nice and quiet, with splendid views over the river at the back of the property which attracted some very colorful birds into the garden. The house was well equipped and very clean and maintained, with a very helpful and friendly property manager, who frequently called to clean the pool and garden and make sure we were OK. In addition, the house is situated within a short walk to the local restaurants and shops, and this property is ideally situated to explore further.”
