Detached house with a large patio and panoramic views

This newly built, detached house located in the hills about 1 km from town, offers views over the surrounding area. It is not fenced in, but surrounded by trees (oak and olive trees).

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a television, DVD, stereo, 2 sofas, 3 armchairs and cushions and a dining room, which grants access to the 58 m² patio and the garden. The kitchen is furnished with an oven, a microwave, a four burner induction cooker, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker and a toaster. In the basement you will find a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board and iron. There are two toilets, one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) combined to a double with a private bathroom, an Italian shower and a walk in closet. This 18 m² bedroom grants access to the patio and the garden. On the top floor, you will find three rooms with wardrobes, two offering panoramic views. One is furnished with a 160 cm, one with a 140 cm and one with two narrow beds which can be combined to make a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms with a large Italian shower and a toilet.

Activities abound in the vicinity: tennis, horseback riding, canoeing and golfing. Discover Provence and its beautiful towns, the Verdon gorge, the Lac de Sainte Croix (35 minutes), the beaches of St Raphaël, Ste Maxime and St Tropez (45 km).
