Comfortable, well-furnished and quiet holiday apartment

Our holiday apartment is a little outside of the centre of the nature experience village Nettersheim, in a quiet location. The apartment itself is in a detached house that the owner also lives in, with its own separate entrance on the ground floor.

Our three-star apartment of 38m² is fully furnished and has free Wi-Fi access. In exceptional cases, the apartment can accommodate up to three people, with a pull-out sitting corner for the third person, but it is ideally for two people. The living room includes a fully-equipped kitchen unit and a little dining corner. It also has a cosy sitting corner with a radio, satellite TV (large flatscreen) and a DVD player. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, cupboard, dresser and large wall mirror. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and a cupboard with a mirror.

In front of the apartment there is a garden area with a gazebo with a table, chairs and a grill.

We provide guests in addition with a guest ticket, which entitles you to free use of public transport for the AVV and VRS areas, excluding the supplements for bicycles and group taxis. It is possible to send the ticket by e-mail two days before arrival if you would like to use it for your journey. To do so, I require the e-mail address, the names and dates of birth of all guests, which are indicated on the ticket. It can only be used with a valid ID. Arrivals are from 14.00 and departures by 11.00.

It is about 1km to the train station. The village itself has all everyday essentials, such as bakeries, a butcher, an ice cream stall, snack bars, a restaurant, post office, gift shop, literature house, doctors and a pharmacy. About 300 metres from the apartment there is a large REWE supermarket with a bakery and snack bar, open Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 22.00. Nettersheim is very close to the Eifel National Park with lovely hiking trails. If you do not feel like walking, you can hire a bicycle or e-bike at the Naturzentrum for a fee. The owner can provide two bicycles for use at your own risk. Very popular trails include part of the Eifelsteig, the Eifeler Quellenpfad. It is recommended to visit the Roman excavation sites and the Roman water canal, which ensured in Roman times that people in Cologne were supplied with fresh Eifel water. Sehr nette Vermieter die sich gekümmert haben, aber auch nicht zu aufdringlich waren, für unseren Geschmack genau richtig.
