Casa Max is located in the plane of Pur, at only a 100 m distance from Lago di Ledro.
The lake can be reached by foot, walking along a small service road.
Casa Max and Casa Carla are located side by side and are well suited for families who intend to spend their holidays together.
The house has recently been reconstructed inside as well as partially outside, the garden is paled with a small wall and a wooden fence.
Casa Max is composed of two levels with separate accesses to both floors.
The ground floor (stonewall) is composed as follows: a large bathroom with shower cabin, bath tub for children and lavatory, laundry with washing machine and storage room for garden furniture and toys.
The in-house stairway leads to the first floor where you will find a completely furnished kitchen, a living-room with table and a corner seat, armchairs and satellite television, one bathroom with lavatory, one bedroom with double bed, as well as one bedroom with two bunk beds.
A direct access leads from the living room to an external terrace of about 14 sqm where you can have breakfast with a view on the garden.
Mountain bikes and sports equipment can be stored in the space under the terrace.
In the garden on a paved base there is a pavilion with table, chairs, BBQ place, hammock and deck chairs.
Up to two cars can be parked in the garden.
In about 100 m distance from the house there is one beach with lawn, one beach with stones and nearby as well a beach where you can go with “your friend”, your dog.

    “Super Lage , gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis , sauber , kein Luxus Heim aber alles vorhanden was man braucht , bei Problemen ist der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und kümmert sich. Leider war der Garten auf Grund der Baustelle dahinter nicht ganz Ausbruch sicher für unseren Hund. Das war der einzige zu beanstandende Punkt.”

    “Sehr sauber, gepflegtes und gemütliches Feriendomizil. Alles Notwendige für erholsame Urlaubstage ist vorhanden und funktionierte einwandfrei (Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeeautomat, TV, Heizung, Dusche, etc.). Da der Garten lückenlos eingezäunt ist, eignet sich das Ferienhaus ideal für Ferien mit Hund. Die Lage (ca. 150 Meter zum See) in einer Zubringerstrasse ist zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig (insbesondere in der Vorsaison). Ausserdem ist das Haus sehr sonnig gelegen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern erlebten wir als äusserst freundlich und unkompliziert. Vieles basiert auf Vertrauensbasis, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Alles in allem erlebten wir einen sehr gemütlichen und entspannten Aufenthalt.”

    “Ein nettes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Nah am See mit tollem Hundestrand. Schönes ruhig gelegenes Grundstück, mit einer von uns gerne benutzte Hängematte. Das Grundstück ist eingeräumt und war auch für unsere zwei Berner ausreichend groß.”
