Charming private villa with pool in Emilia Romagna and has been recently renovated giving special attention to details and keeping its old rustic style, with terracotta tiles and wooden beams. The property is set in an evocative location characterised by a pristine nature that offers magic sceneries and itineraries, both towards the coast and the hinterland. Guests can benefit of a well groomed garden and many external spaces equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas nearby the house and around the pool area, a real corner of peace and relaxation. It is also available a comfortable porch with table, chairs and sofa perfect for al fresco dining.

The property is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch, double bedroom with private bath with tub, laundry room with toilet and closet. From the living room you can directly access the garden. The first floor consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and private balcony with panoramic view, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Near the pool area there is an outbuilding with kitchen and bathroom with shower, that is very functional when spending your time in this part of the property. An additional double bedroom with separate access is available for the guests.

S.Agata Feltria is located between the valleys of the rivers Savio and Marecchia and it is told to be one of the most distinctive towns of the Montefeltro area with its cultural, natural and gastronomic tours. S.Agata Feltria, though, is also poetry and history. You can feel the history from the beautiful buildings of the town and also from the inhabitants, who are proud of such a lovely little medieval village full charm and with an unspoiled nature.
TO VISIT
You will have to visit the unique fortress "Rocca Fregoso" where the families Malatesta, Montefeltro and Fregoso lived. The theatre "Teatro Angelo Mariani" is a jewel and it became even more famous when in the twenties the orchestra of the "Scala di Milano" played the Rigoletto of Verdi and when in 1992 Vittorio Gasman acted there the "Divina Commedia" which was also taped by the Italy's main TV channel RAI.In Sant'Agata every stone and every street has its own history and legend, a secret that you will have to discover.
