Situation
Superb country house that has a great location as is set in a quiet and private area with great far reaching views across the open countryside and down to the sea in the distance yet very close to facilities such as supermarkets, shops, banks, amenities and pretty sandy coves. The beautiful sandy cove of Cala Sanau is about 5km. away and is ideal for children of all ages, whilst tourist resort of Cala D'Or with its seemingly never ending choice of restaurants, several sandy coves and the impressive international yacht harbour at Port Petit are all within five minutes drive. Porto Colom about 7 km. away is a charming typical fishing port that offers two beautiful sandy coves, superb water front restaurants and a pretty harbour where enjoy a pleasant evening walk or a superb dinner.

The villa
Romana is a great newly built villa nicely furnished offering a house full of natural light with plenty sunny and shady areas to relax and enjoy the calm and peaceful country life. The ground floor boasts an airy and bright living/dining area with large glazed doors opening onto the charming covered terrace with great open country and sea views. The modern and spacious kitchen with L-shape is fully equipped and has access to the side terrace. Two twin bedrooms that share a shower-room and a guest toilet complete the ground floor. The first floor boasts two lovely and bright bedrooms; a spacious master bedroom with double bed, dressing area, spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a bath, direct access to two large terraces one partially covered with terrace furniture and supper panoramic country and pool views. The last one is a twin bedroom also with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower.
By the pool there are two more spacious and bright twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower-rooms.

The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).

Outside
Impressive exterior with a large and well kept lawned garden with palm trees, a covered terrace that offer great open countryside views with almond and carob trees and down to the sea in the distance; the perfect spot to relax, read your favourite book or enjoy the nice sense of peace and tranquillity that this area offers. There are a few set of table and chairs as well as and a built in barbecue perfect to enjoy lovely “al fresco” evening meals. There is also a large rectangular pool (12m. x 6 m.- Depth Min. 1m. max. 1.70m.) with roman steps to refresh, a large sun terrace with sun beds to enjoy the large summery days. The house counts also with a table tennis.

    “Mycket bra. Dock lite hårda sängar. Ugnen väldigt smutsig när vi kom. Lite bättre information hade behövts var man slänger/åker med sopporna. Skulle behövas lite underhåll på vissa saker. Annars ett mycket bra boende.”

    “Villa Romana is an excellent property with amazing uninterrupted views down to Cala D’Or. All the rooms and outside areas are very big and perfectly accommodated our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The pool is lovely and big for all the family to enjoy. The terraces are a great area for sunbathing, eating or playing, with plenty of shaded areas if needed. A huge kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils (but could have done with either a larger oven or two ovens and a bigger barbecue to accommodate cooking for 12 guests, and also another toaster!)”

    “Supertolles Haus!!! Hier stimmte wirklich alles, die Beschreibung auf tuivillas.com ist fast noch untertrieben. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, Haus und Pool sehr gepflegt. Der Außengrill mit Grillterrasse und der separate Getränkekühlschrank waren besondere Highlights. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne zurück.”
