This high ground-floor house consists of two parts connected both internally and externally. In one part there is a kitchen with dining space and bedrooms, while in the other there is a pretty modern kitchen, living room with one bedroom and a bathroom. The house is perfect for two families who wish to spend their holiday together and still maintain their privacy. At guests’ disposal there are also common spaces for socializing. From the house you can go exploring Istrian villages and the area on bicycles. Only ca. 10 minutes of drive away there is a well-known agro touristic facility “Gologoricki dol” with household animals and excellent Istrian specialties and wines. The facility will surely be a great attraction for children. This beautiful holiday home with swimming pool is perfect for interesting stay in the surroundings of nature and rural households and yet close enough to all interesting spots such as the historical town of Labin with many art galleries, the antique town of Pula and Opatija, once known as the queen of tourism, just to name a few destinations on the Istrian peninsula and Kvarner.
