Charming Holiday Apartment in Koserow with Private Parking and Fantastic View
This holiday apartment was newly built in 2011 and is on the ground floor or first floor of the holiday house with a total of eight residential units. The apartments are right by the coastal forest.
The apartment has a south-facing terrace or balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (for bookings for at least three people), an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a freezer compartment and an oven. There is a daylight bathroom with a towel radiator, washing machine and dryer for a fee. A flatscreen TV with cable channels, an electric fireplace, a grill area by the house are all provided, along with a lockable bicycle shed, a reception and wireless Internet access in the common room by the reception. Some apartments have a sauna and a real wood fireplace.
The terrace or balcony facing south has furniture and a parasol and affords a fantastic view of the forest, with sunshine much of the day.
There is a path through the dunes lined with trees leading to the sandy beach in about 10 minutes. As the steep coast starts here, you access the beach down natural steps. The beach has fine sand, is wide and sunny. All shopping facilities are within walking distance, as well as restaurants and bicycle hire.

“Beim Einkauf im einzigen Mark....Netto....aufpassen ohne Parkscheibe gibt es gleich Knöllchen 25.€ ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub. Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage trotz vieler Kinder war alles sehr entspannt Negativ: Etwas abseits vom Ortszentrum und der Strandpromenade da muß man gut zu Fuß sein....fehlendes Radio”

“Die Ferienwohnung ist in allen Kategorien 5 Sterne wert. Ich komme gern wieder! Positiv: Das Schlafzimmer ist ein extra Raum mit bodentiefen Fenster und Balkontür. Gut zu lüften! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Es ist alles da was man zum vorbereiten von Menü`s braucht. Auf der Terrasse hat man ab dem Mittag bis zum Abend direkte Sonne. Die Wohnung ist licht durchflutet. In der kälteren Jahreszeit kann man den Kamin zusätzlich benutzen. Das Holz dafür bekommt man gegenüber am Wald bei Förster in handlichen Tragetaschen. Negativ: Ich hab nichts negatives!”
