Holiday apartment on the Adriatic coast, just 3km from the sea – ideal for a family
The apartment is located just a short ten-minute walk from the old town centre of Tortoreto Alto, in Abruzzo, on the Adriatic coast. It is on the ground floor of a residential house with fifteen apartments, located in a quiet residential area in a medieval part of town. The house is in the hills, in rural surroundings, 3km from the sea.
The 80m² apartment has five rooms. There is a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for two people, a television with satellite channels, a table with four chairs, and a kitchen unit equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, espresso maker, pots and pans, plates and glasses. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with a WC, small sink and storage cupboard. A further bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The second bathroom is spacious and has a bath with a shower cubicle, hairdryer and WC.
Outdoors there is a terrace with a table, four chairs, an oven and a clothes horse. There is also a small private, fenced garden, accessed via the terrace. The entrance drive leads to a communal courtyard and car parking area and the garage in the basement.
The owner does not live in the same building, but nearby. Pets are allowed. The apartment affords a magnificent view.
There are a supermarket and a bar 100 metres away, while shops and restaurants are 500 metres away in the pedestrian precinct of the old town centre, where festivals, concerts and folkloric events are held in summer. You can enjoy a wonderful panorama from the viewpoint. During the day you can go to the seaside. The beaches of Alba Adriatica and Tortoreto Lido (both 3km away) are very wide, have fine sand and are ideal for children. You can hire parasols and sun loungers on the beaches. There are a cycle path children’s playgrounds along the coastal road (around 40km) that links all the localities along the coast. 4km away there is the Onda Blu water park. In the evenings you can go dancing or visit the restaurants and bars in Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto Lido or Giulianova (7km). Pescara, which has an airport, is 40km away. San Benedetto del Centro is 20km and Rome 280km. You can also go on trips into the mountains (Laga or Gran Sasso).
