    “Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Haus benötigt jedoch dringend eine Renovierung (Wasserflecken an den Decken, die Schränke schließen z.T. nicht und sind recht verwohnt). Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, aber auch das Geschirr hat teilweise seine beste Zeit hinter sich.
