Just next to Valle Aurelia metro station (10 min walking). Direct access to Spanish steps, Trevi's fountain, Central station, Coliseum and Trastevere.
Next to AURA shopping mall (the biggest in central Rome) with 60 shops, grocery store and restaurants. Easy access to all amenities and VIRGIN gym.

Air conditioning is ONLY in the living room. The flat is never too hot, nor in the summer.

To get to the Colosseum, Pantheon you can take several buses. To Trastevere, the nicest area in Rome, you have to take the train for 3 stops. Living here you can also choose to walk to get to all the places. Moreover, choosing to use public transports you can get almost everywhere not changing transports.
