This lovingly renovated old farmhouse radiates a unique cosiness that creates the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. surrounded by a spacious garden with an enchanted pond, a terrace with barbecue area invites you to enjoy nature. The property offers space for carefree hours outdoors - be it for breakfast in the sunshine, a cosy dinner in the open air or cooling off in the natural swimming pond.
Inside, you will find a harmonious combination of traditional charm and comfort. The open-plan kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking together, while the cosy living area with wood-burning stove invites you to spend relaxing hours. The light-flooded winter garden with a spacious dining area and views of the countryside creates the perfect setting for sociability.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with double bed (1.60m) that can be darkened, a small bathroom and a spacious, open-plan sleeping area (double bed 2 m) with a gallery and sofa bed (1.40 m), which is perfect for relaxing hours of reading or as an additional sleeping area.

Nestled between the Moselle and Eifel, the "Glücksnest" is the ideal starting point for numerous discovery tours. Visit the historic city of Trier, the oldest city in Germany, with its impressive remains from the Roman past, such as the Porta Nigra, the basilica and the medieval cathedral. Along the Moselle, picturesque wine villages such as Bernkastel-Kues and Traben-Trabach beckon, and neighbouring Luxembourg is also worth a visit.
The small village of Hetzerath has a train station, bus stop, bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket, pub with beer garden and an ice cream parlor.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities: Hiking on picturesque Eifel, Moselle or Hunsrück trails, cycling for all abilities, swimming in the outdoor pool or the natural swimming pools of the Eifelmaare.
