In the picturesque heart of the Alps, just a few minutes' walk from the Serles lifts, a charming house awaits you that is a true paradise for adventurers and nature lovers in both winter and summer. In winter, the surrounding area is transformed into a snow-covered wonderland, perfect for keen skiers and snowboarders.

But this chalet also has plenty to offer in summer. Just a few minutes' walk from your front door, the summer fun begins on the exciting summer toboggan run, which delights young and old alike.

There are also numerous hiking trails and mountain adventures for unforgettable experiences. For little adventurers, there are special adventure trails and a water playground at the Serlesbahnen mountain station.

The newly built chalet offers you a whole house with a large private garden. We have integrated some 200 year old wooden constructions for a cosy atmosphere. You can enjoy a relaxing view of the garden as well as the mountain landscape.

You have access to 2 car parks, a garden and the house where you stay. In summer, the Stubai Super Card is included for the duration of your stay.

Bring your laptop to watch your favourite films in our home cinema with projector.
