Calamare is a beautiful seafront villa with swimming pool, perfect for small groups or families.
The villa is newly built and is entirely on the ground floor.
The bedrooms, all independent, are accessible from an open-air path that leads from the entrance of the property to the living room.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom and private patio.
The bright living area features an open-air kitchen and a living room with large windows overlooking the pool and the sea.
From the living room you access the pergola with a large table and a seating area.
Following the path that goes towards the sea you first reach the swimming pool and then the gate on the cliff.
In front of the property it is not possible to swim in the sea because the cliff is high but just 150 meters away there is an enchanting cove reachable by a staircase carved into the rock.
Finally, 2 hours daily cleaning are included.
