Herzlich Willkommen! Wir freuen uns euch in unserem Landhaus/Wohlfühlhaus gepaart mit moderner Eleganz und einem großen Schuss Herzenswärme, begrüßen zu dürfen. Unsere zentral und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung ist der beste Ausgangspunkt für alle erdenklichen Aktivitäten im Gasteinertal. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche und dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer lässt sich die phantastische Aussicht auf die Gasteiner Berge genießen. Das Haus wurde vor kurzem neu in ökologischer, massiver Bauweise errichtet und die Haustechnik und Ausstattung ist daher auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. E-Autos können gerne mittels der PV-Anlage gratis geladen werden. Darüber hinaus nehmen wir Bedacht auf eine ökologische und energiesparende Bewirtschaftung (PV-Strom mit Batterie u. Notstromfunktion, Recycling, Wassersparen, Wohnraumlüftung, etc.). Eure Gastgeberfamilie Karin, Reini, Moritz und Xaver.
