On the ground floor you will find one of the three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. Upstairs you will find the other two double bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The wooden ceiling beams and classic Mallorcan shutters emphasise the traditional character of this cosy country house. In addition, the property uses the power of the Mallorcan sun for its electricity, making it an environmentally friendly choice for your holiday destination.
Es Riquers des Pinar is located at the end of a country road about 2 km from the small village of Porreres, where you can stock up on the essentials. For larger purchases, Campos offers several large supermarkets around 15 km away. Mallorca's natural beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rápita can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car.
