Apartment and studio in Mijas Costa

This complex is located in a nice urbanisation with very good facilities, swimming pools, children's area, beautiful gardens and direct access to the beach along with the coastal promenade where you can enjoy nice walks by the sea.

This studio and flat are next to each other (although they are not communicated between them) allowing the family to have more habitability and to be able to have a more intimate distribution in the family when it is time to rest.

You are renting a group of accommodations within a community, you have to respect the rules and schedule of use of the facilities of this community.

We must inform you that this set of accommodation is subject to the prior payment of a deposit or a credit or debit card deduction. The return of this deposit will be made 48 hours after your departure and after checking the accommodation.

Each accommodation has a kitchen with kitchenware, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Both are fully or partially air-conditioned with air conditioning with heat pump.

You will also be able to enjoy Smart TV in the living-dining room areas of each one.

For relaxation, the studio offers a double bed very well integrated into the studio space. The flat offers two spacious bedrooms with double beds, and large windows that make it a very pleasant space to rest and start the day with beautiful sea views.

You will enjoy with your family the terrace of the flat, which will provide you with beautiful sunrise and sunset experiences in addition to the views.

The parking area is not assigned, it is possible that in busy seasons you will not find parking or that when you leave you will lose the parking space you occupied.
