Escape from everyday life and enjoy a quiet and relaxing time here, surrounded by the magical beauty of the forest. Our Ü18 flat offers space for three people on 56 square metres and promises every comfort for an unforgettable stay with a 4-star DTV classification.

The Ü18 flat has an open sleeping concept with a cosy box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a comfortable sofa bed. You can also enjoy the cosy atmosphere of a blazing fireplace. By prior arrangement, you have the option of using our in-house pool for up to 2 hours for an additional charge. Dive into the clear water and let your mind wander.

Please note that the "Waldzauber" flat is only available for holiday guests staying overnight. Our flat is intended to be a place of peace and relaxation, therefore celebrations or visits from external persons are not permitted.

The surrounding area of the Grenzbachtal offers numerous possibilities for various activities such as hiking, cycling or simply relaxing walks through the forest for forest bathing. The A3 motorway is only 5 minutes away, from where you can quickly reach the cities of Koblenz, Siegburg, Bonn and Cologne to spend some nice days there.

The Waldzauber flat is the perfect place for holidaymakers looking for a quiet location in the Westerwald. The location in a quiet side street in Horhausen, the great view over the garden and the forest and the cosy ambience, the flat offers 56m² of space to relax and unwind for up to 3 people.

The entrance is at ground level and leads directly into the combined, spacious living room and bedroom. The pull-out sofa bed and a wellness armchair invite you to relax. A pellet stove provides uncomplicated cosiness with light and warmth even on cold days.

Our holiday flat in Horhausen has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge (with freezer compartment), oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, shaker, 2 induction plates and soda maker and other amenities to make your stay comfortable.

In the modern bathroom with shower you will find 2 towels per person, soap and toilet paper.
The beds are of course already made up on arrival.

We also provide WLAN and a bottle of mineral water for your stay.

Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the flat.
We love animals, but out of consideration for other guests, dogs are unfortunately not allowed.
