Villa Can Reure is located exactly between Mancor de la Vall and Inca; both towns can be reached by car in just five minutes. On the rustic, 2,500 m² property you will find numerous almond trees, which provide a touch of typical Mallorcan flair and at the same time give the outdoor area a certain cosiness. Small hedges, walls and the large amount of natural stone and pebbles blend in harmoniously and further emphasise this ambience. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the pool, which is easily accessible via a semi-circular staircase and provides unparalleled refreshment on hot days. You can relax on the sun loungers and really enjoy the Mediterranean sun. A parasol is available in case the UV rays get too strong. Of course, you can also spend some time in one of the breezy, naturally shaded areas that pop up here and there. From the pool terrace directly in front of the house, you can really enjoy and savour the magnificent view of the mountains. The covered barbecue area is perfect for culinary evenings around the grill while you are together as a group.

The old, partially renovated, single-storey building has a total area of 160 m² and comprises a hallway, a living area, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. One of the bedrooms is accessed via a few steps leading downstairs. The bedrooms are individually and cosily furnished and should provide a pleasant setting for a restful night's sleep. In the combined living/dining room, the beautiful chequered armchairs invite you to relax and on cooler evenings, the fireplace provides additional warmth and extra cosiness. If you do want to eat inside, there is a beautiful free-standing wooden table in the living room. On the comfortable sofa you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Tramuntana mountains while reading a good book from the small library. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for your daily needs and offers everything from a kettle to a filter coffee machine. The bathrooms are both functional and cosy. An iron and hairdryer are available and can of course be used by guests.

The area around Inca is an ideal starting point for exploring the impressive northern coastal and mountain region. During your stay at Villa San Reure, you are sure to take at least one scenic drive over the hills to observe and marvel at the unforgettable breathtaking views. There are also numerous picturesque beaches and alcoves to visit from here, such as Playa del Muro or Platja des Morer Vermell (both around 30 minutes away by car). Nearby Inca has a lively atmosphere. This town is particularly known for its local leather industry. Shoes from the popular Camper brand are produced here. In the cellar restaurants you will find large wine barrels stacked high. There you can sample typical Mallorcan dishes and regional wines. The location close to the link road brings with it some traffic noise, but also offers an excellent, convenient location so that you can easily reach the nearest towns and locations in all directions. The beautiful Villa Can Reure is located in the centre of the island, just 2 km from the famous leather town of Inca. The property was built in a rustic Mallorcan style and offers spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains. Due to its location in the heart of the island, you can quickly reach the numerous and varied beaches of Mallorca from the villa.
