This 14,000 m² property exudes a touch of Ibizan hippie style, especially the gleaming white building and outbuilding with vibrant and colourful shutters. It is not only beautiful to look at; it also houses a quaint covered terrace with a marvellous panoramic view. From here, it's not far to the cool water - just hop over a small gravel path - and not far to the terrace right next to the house, just five steps and a touch of lavender bed on the way. This terrace offers a bench, dining table and chairs as well as a small barbecue hut and, above all, an incredible panoramic view over the lovely landscape in the east of the island. To come back to the pool: The pleasantly graduated flooring between 1 m and 1.70 m as well as the pleasantly wide access steps make it a real hit for young and old on a hot summer's day, whether you want to dive in for you or for yourself or relax with a cool drink. The rocking chair will be particularly popular on those hot days, but the sun loungers and the small seating area are great alternatives and could also become your favourite spot. The secluded location and spacious property means you can really enjoy your privacy - maybe that's just what you need?

The interior of this 90 m² cottage invites you to relax. The beautifully bright living room is just a step away from the terrace and has the basics for relaxing in the form of a large sofa and satellite TV. This area, including a cosy dining table, flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped, but exudes a touch of charming nostalgia thanks to the open fireplace. Those who are there to do the washing up will be rewarded with a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside! Two cosy bedrooms with double beds continue the style of the living room, but with small accents through carefully selected and sparingly but cleverly used decor. In the daylight bathroom with white tiles and a spacious walk-in shower with pebble floor, you can follow the daily progress of your holiday tan in the large mirror.

The east of Mallorca has a reputation for being a tranquil region where you can still discover many traditional small towns despite its proximity to the coast. We recommend you visit the cafés in the pretty squares near the church buildings, which are also popular with locals, and enjoy the authentic atmosphere. Porto Cristo offers a lot of character with its harbour, old town, sandy beach and promenade, which are only about 20 minutes away by car. Manacor is perfect for a souvenir or two, while friendly bodegas and the futuristic Rafa Nadal Sports Museum are great ways to spend your time. Those interested in wildlife and nature should cycle or hike along the Via Verde, a disused railway line. Another suggestion for beach fans is Cala Bona (16 km), which has two smaller bays and a beautiful fishing harbour.

Villa Bolero Sa Real is an idyllic island retreat: the rural property extends southwards with its pool and terraces, and even the sea glistens in the distance. San Lorenzo is just a three-minute drive away for shopping or restaurants and the nearest major town, Manacor, is only 10 km away. From Cala Ratjada to Porto Cristo, small harbours and pretty promenades invite you to take a stroll and beaches such as Colònia de Sant Pere and Cala Millor are only half an hour away.
