Inside the villa you will find an airy and bright interior with Scandinavian charm. The ground floor is almost like a single lounge area, with a small landing and a high arch as a room divider. White wooden furniture, lots of glass, a seating area, fireplace, flat-screen TV and dining table offer every comfort and yet provide generous space. Meals can be prepared in the separate kitchen with long worktops and a door to the terrace and then enjoyed either at the dining table inside or outside. There is also a guest room with a shower room on this floor. The small gallery on the upper floor leads to two bedrooms, each with its own hallway and wardrobe, which share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Between Portocolom on the coast and Felanitx in the heart of the island, Es Puig de Portocolom offers relaxation in nature and maximum privacy. The calas on the south-east coast are only 6 km away, the Vall d'Or golf course can be reached in a few minutes by car and the Toscana Mallorcas around Santanyí are only half an hour away. Shops, cafés and restaurants can be found everywhere in the neighbourhood. For larger shopping trips, you can drive to Manacor.
