The private property, just a 5-minute drive from the village of San Lorenzo, is approximately 900,000 square metres in size and offers nature as far as the eye can see. Four separate living areas (in the large main house and in the studio) and 10 parking spaces are nestled in the hilly landscape. The large terrace in front of the main building offers enough space for well over 20 people. Right next to the terrace you will find a barbecue and a pizza oven. With a small chapel, a large green area for festive outdoor dinners and a function room for various purposes for up to 80 people about 50 metres away, you are well equipped for all eventualities and weather conditions. The only thing that gets soaked is yourself: voluntarily, when you use the 18 metre pool, which gives you the feeling of being close to infinity. The pool area has Balinese beds, a sun deck and a corner with rattan deckchairs where you can enjoy time with your friends, take a moment to relax or spend long (party) nights. The main house consists of three separate living areas. The studio for two guests (with microwave and bathroom with shower) is diagonally opposite. This means that all guests can spend their time independently if they wish. For better orientation: The living area on the ground floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds (one with its own whirlpool and one without a window), a bathroom with shower, a living/dining room and a kitchen. There are two further living areas on the upper floor. One has a panoramic terrace, a living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen and three bedrooms (one of which is semi-open-plan with an en-suite bathroom, two have single beds and a shared bathroom with a bathtub); the third living area has a living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms (one of which has a separate toilet and is located up a staircase). Whilst the beauty of this exclusive Mallorcan paradise will enchant everyone, you can choose the most beautiful bed if you're the one celebrating! The house also has its own signposted hiking trails.
From the house you can enjoy kilometre-long views in all directions all the way to the coast of Cala Millor! Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or want to make a special occasion an unforgettable experience Ses Voltes is almost too beautiful to leave, apart from shopping trips to San Lorenzo or Manacor. If only it weren't for the sea and the beautiful beaches of Sa Coma and Sa Marjal! And it would be unforgivable not to have seen the mountain village of Artà, around 15 kilometres away. If you want to use your trained legs a little more, you can take a short cycle trip to Petra, Ariany or Santa Margalida to buy some wine. A truly first-class villa!
