Not everyone wants to book an entire villa for their Mallorca holiday. A lovingly furnished holiday home, perfect for solo travellers and couples, with a beautiful garden, all in an attractive location just outside the small town of Capdepera sounds like it was made for you? The owner's villa, 50 m² of which is dedicated to Can Vida and its guests, sits on a huge plot of 16,000 m² and offers you significantly more space than you would normally find among the apartments listed as holiday homes. . There is also the option of using the 12 metre long pool, so that a refreshing dip on hot summer days is literally right under your nose. There are already two lovely wooden sun loungers waiting for someone to come by, where you can sunbathe, read or simply relax for hours. It's time to get away from it all at last. Your completely private covered terrace, furnished with a pretty mosaic table, chairs and a barbecue, is incredibly inviting, surrounded by lush greenery. Here, starting and ending the day, or spending any time at all, becomes an exclusive experience like no other. Oh yes, there's also a very cute dachshund on the property who might pop in to say hello from time to time.

White French doors connect the outside to the inside of the apartment, which you can open to step in and out with ease or even let some of the outside atmosphere into the living room. Although staying at home all the time may sound reassuring, it's well worth getting outside and taking a trip or two in the surrounding area. The villa is close to the Ma-4040 road (sometimes you can hear it, depending on the wind), which connects Capdepera with Son Servera. There are some beautiful places to visit here that are very easy to reach. Artà (approx. 8 km) and Capdepera (only 5 km) have managed to retain much of their original character and are a welcome alternative to the tourist resorts along the coast of the island. Both small towns are lively even in winter and offer a wide selection of restaurants and shops. And a visit to the natural bay of Cala Agulla is a must. The popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada with its lively promenade offers a little more hustle and bustle. If you love golf as much as water sports, you have the choice between two excellent 18-hole golf courses nearby Canyamel and Capdepera Golf. A marvellous retreat for two, just 1.5 km southwest of Capdepera as the crow flies, nestled in the beautiful countryside in the east of the island. The 16,000 m² property offers fantastic opportunities for deliberate relaxation and those drawn to the sea have several beautiful beaches to choose from between 4 and 7 km away, including Cala Agulla, Platja de Son Moll or the coast of Canyamel.
