In the species-rich garden with colourful and varied flowerbeds and grasses, country life awaits you in all its diversity. A paradisiacal plant world is characterised by fruit and olive trees, as well as various types of palm trees. In the midst of this green splendour, you can look forward to cooling off in the pool. In addition to swimming, the focus is on relaxing, either under the covered area or on the sun loungers shaded by parasols around the pool. Not only by the pool or at the table tennis table, but also in the holiday home itself, the famous holiday feeling and lightning-fast relaxation set in. The covered roof garden with green views on the absolutely tranquil plot between Manacor and Artà also contributes to this. Another attractive seating area is the dining terrace with barbecue and direct access into the building, protected by the metal structure. It is suitable for every meal of the day and is the perfect place for a sociable BBQ in the evening with the movable gas barbecue.

The country house feeling has arrived here in the 21st century - this also applies to the open-plan living and dining area, which is connected to the kitchen by a double wooden door. Tasteful furniture and fine details do not impose themselves on even the most attentive guest. Up to eight people, friends or even two families can benefit from the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere in the spacious rental finca during their holiday on Mallorca. Incidentally, there are four lovingly designed double rooms and three individual bathrooms with walk-in showers and intricate tile details. Thanks to the pleasant air-conditioned rooms in summer and heated rooms in winter, where the fireplace in the living/dining room perfects the rural charm, it can be booked all year round. The natural stone farmhouse Can Tian de Llevant with its oasis-like garden and pool area of the finest quality is characterised by its uniquely peaceful location. Parties are therefore expressly not permitted. The enchanting property is located in the north-east between Manacor and Artà. The second largest town in Mallorca is only 15 minutes away by car and you can enjoy extensive shopping tours in Manacor. The nearest beaches in the extensive bay of Alcúdia are around 15 kilometres away.
