Finca Son Banus, located not far from the town of Manacor in the centre of the island, offers the best conditions for people looking to relax and slow down. The rustic house, partly built from natural stone and with the typical green-painted shutters, offers space for up to four people. Son Banus is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, and the proximity and connection to nature is also reflected in the design of the property: the garden has been romantically and lovingly landscaped. There are various terraces around the old country house, some covered, some sunny, which offer plenty of space and various seating areas for relaxing. The roof terrace on the upper floor is particularly cosy and offers a fantastic view over the countryside.
The interior of the finca boasts plenty of charm and successful combinations: A tasteful mix of old and modern furniture, muted natural tones and bright splashes of colour, wonderfully rustic elements such as ceiling beams and unplastered walls as well as stylish elements B. the huge glass door in the terrace area create a completely unique, original atmosphere in the house. On the ground floor, you enter directly into an invitingly bright living area, while you can eat together at the table in the kitchen, which is designed in a cosy, natural style to match the overall look. A bathroom completes the living area on the ground floor, while another is located on the upper floor, as are the two pleasantly discreetly furnished bedrooms. A second living room has also been thought of here for more privacy, for example for two couples on holiday together.
