If you opt for this townhouse by the sea, you are sure to secure one of the most beautiful viewpoints on the island and a residence in the very first line of the sea or harbour, whose colourful views you will hardly be able to get enough of. The crowning glory, in the truest sense of the word, is the open balcony on the top floor, from where you can enjoy the view even further. Super practical by the way: there is an outdoor bathroom with shower for cooling off in between.

Stylishly white and pleasantly air-conditioned, the living room, which is accessed via the balcony, has an open-plan kitchen. Sofa, rocking chair, dining table or bar stools in one living area cater for different needs and everyone is guaranteed to find the ideal place to relax indoors. There is also a bathroom in this lower area of the townhouse by the sea, right next to the kitchen. An elegant, free-floating staircase leads to the upper floor, where everything is in place for a restful night's sleep, namely two cosy, stylishly furnished bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a double bed and access to the aforementioned open balcony above. A second modern shower room is also located on this level, so that a maximum of four guests will definitely find enough privacy in this home. Puerto Cala Figuera is a picturesque townhouse in the fishing village of the same name, which has an absolutely unique flair in the south of Mallorca. The harbour in a deep bay with its colourful boats is a place to enjoy and linger, especially in the evening. The house is located at the back of a small, acoustically perceptible street. Shopping is within walking distance and the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only 3 km away by hire car.
