Our house, newly built in 2016, stands on a hill in a quiet location with a wonderful all-round view. The 50qm apartment can be reached through a separate entrance. The garden, which can be used completely alone, offers you enough space and privacy for your holiday with us. The furnished terrace with a direct view of the Stubai mountains invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a relaxed glass of wine in the evening. Of course there is free parking for 2 cars. A lockable compartment is available for you so that you can properly stow your bikes, skis, ski boots, ...

Welcome to our apartment! We ... Vroni, Markus, Lina and Clara have been living in our newly built home in Medraz since 2016. Embedded in the wonderful Stubai mountains on a hill with a view of the Stubai Glacier up to the Nordkette in Innsbruck. We have lovingly furnished our 50sqm to make you feel at home. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, 4 hobs and oven, toaster and of course a dishwasher. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and dishwashing utensils including dishcloths and tea towels are available. The entrance area offers enough storage space for you. In the living / dining area, the comfortable sofa can be used to relax with a good book or watch TV. With a flick of the wrist, it can be converted into a comfortable bed for 2 more people. The cozy dining area invites you to dine together or have a game evening. Of course, a high chair is available for your little ones if necessary. The carpenter-made bedroom has freshly made, allergy-friendly bed linen and enough storage space in the wardrobe. In the spacious bathroom with a spacious shower and washbasin you will find a hairdryer, towels and a towel dryer. The separate toilet with wash basin should offer you further comfort.
