The beautiful Dues Illes is located on the edge of a residential neighbourhood. A staircase in front of the covered terrace leads from the beautiful holiday home to the particularly well-kept garden. In addition to lawns, there is a great stock of trees that provide natural shade and a cosy atmosphere. The centrepiece of the complex is of course the tiled pool with sun loungers, trendy straw parasols and a cosy chill-out lounge. A romantic seating area under shady trees invites you to read or serves as an airy garden office. If you want to be active, you can play table tennis, water polo, basketball or volleyball. The large covered terrace with dining table and two barbecue stations - a brick barbecue with charcoal and a mobile gas barbecue - offers a marvellous view for convivial meals.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The terrace leads directly into the spacious living and dining area, which is wonderfully bright thanks to the wide floor-to-ceiling glass fronts. The trendy sofa area has a built-in fireplace and a large LED TV. In the centre of the room is the dining area with its stylish table, from which you can enjoy the view outside. The modern open-plan kitchen with high-quality equipment and many extras such as Thermomix, induction, steam cooker and wine fridge also has direct access to the large terrace. A further living room with TV, one of the four bedrooms and a shower room are also located on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three further bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. E-darts, various German-language books, board games and a WII games console round off the entertainment facilities of this villa on Mallorca. And with the free hire bike, you can easily pick up breakfast rolls in the morning.

The fantastic Villa Dues Illes is located on the edge of a residential neighbourhood near the picturesque coastal town of Portocolom in the south-east of Mallorca. With its natural harbour and beautiful promenade with excellent restaurants, the town, which is within walking distance, is an attractive excursion destination. Wonderful sandy beaches, such as the family-friendly Cala Marcal, are just over 2 kilometres from the villa.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
