The sun deck of this charming villa on Mallorca is definitely a place in a class of its own, which, in an airy neighbourhood and surrounded by many old trees, aims to be a feel-good domicile for holidaymakers seeking relaxation. The hillside location brings with it the fantastic sea view, which is an outstanding feature of this holiday home. Make yourself comfortable on the terrace, covered or directly under the open sky, on one of the sun loungers provided or on one of the seats. The view of the sea and the Mediterranean vegetation alone is enough to relax you! The pool is easily accessible and is a particular eye-catcher with its blue mosaic stones and organic shape. In the evening, the barbecue invites you to enjoy a hearty barbecue, which is sure to taste particularly delicious in the dining area overlooking the sea.

Not much further is the town itself with its supermarkets and restaurants. Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor can be reached quickly by car and offer other beautiful beaches, shopping opportunities and a very varied evening life.
