How do you find happiness? This is a difficult question to answer, but we would like to introduce you to a perfect sea view villa that bears the beautiful name Felicidad and makes us happy. Perhaps it will do the same for you. Just look at the view (due to the hillside location, which incidentally is also responsible for the extraordinary architecture), which offers us nature lovers a view of the uninhabited, wooded slopes and at the same time over a few roofs, the sea just 100 metres away. This creates a marvellous maritime atmosphere with a pleasant breeze. The entire property exudes a mixture of luxury and urban charm. Take a look at the exterior of this dream home, which is located on the edge of a housing estate: Not only does the pool area have a sun terrace, relaxation loungers, Caribbean parasols and a round lounge a fire pit and a The cool pool bar put the icing on the cake. The two spacious balconies in the living areas also overlook this fantastic area. A table tennis table is very popular with guests of all ages and is therefore a great addition to this already attractive offer. Inside this model town villa, architecture gives way to design and delights the heart of the interested guest. The creative use of multiple levels illustrates how difficult it was to build this place due to its hillside location, but it is a design concept that has been brilliantly realised. There are five spacious bedrooms spread over three levels, and almost every air-conditioned room either has direct access to or is close to one of the spacious terraces. Four trendily designed bathrooms with walk-in rain showers and two additional WCs (indoor and outdoor) round off this premium package. The communal living room is located on the mezzanine floor and is a few steps below the entrance level. A great mix of furniture and (textile) wall design lends a certain luxury that is nevertheless very cosy. There is enough space for a cosy sofa corner next to the pellet fireplace, but also for the semi-open kitchen, equipped with all kinds of details. It is separated from the dining area by an American-style bar and some bar stools. The dining room features minimalist-style benches in front of the sliding glass doors, which, when open, allow this space to merge with the outdoor dining area and the barbecue on the veranda. The symbiotic interplay of design, mix of styles, numerous balconies, a roof terrace and a cool pool area as well as a relaxed ambience is simply a feast for the eyes and definitely recommended all year round.

The well-kept residential neighbourhood of Provensals is part of the small coastal town of Sa Font de Sa Cala. The sea can not only be seen from this marvellous home, but can also be reached quickly on foot. Windsurfing, sailing and diving are just some of the sports activities on offer in the small town. Hikers are well catered for, as are golfers, with the prestigious Canyamel golf course just a few kilometres away. You can also reach Cala Ratjada by a nostalgic little train. The well-developed transport network enables excursions to medieval towns such as Artà and Capdepera as well as visits to the unique cave systems in the eastern coastal region. Or simply enjoy the happiness you have found in the sea view Villa Felicidad and spend the day there - certainly not the worst choice!
