Flanked by cypresses, tall palm trees and other Mediterranean greenery, this Mallorca villa nestles gently against the hillside and focuses its presentation on the dreamlike pool terrace, which stretches out towards the southern sun and not only scores points with its natural stone floor and comfortable loungers, outdoor shower and of course the refreshing pool, easily accessible via a Roman staircase, but also with a super beautiful view that instantly pushes all everyday worries far into the background. There should be time here to indulge in leisure and decide completely independently what you want to do or leave alone! - When. Perhaps you fancy sinking into a good book, relaxing in the sun without lying down, practising yoga in the open air or getting to grips with the local Mediterranean cuisine and preparing home-made delicacies in the small outdoor kitchen and then feasting together outside? This place invites you to do all this and much more (by the way: two 15kg dumbbells, two yoga mats and a TRX band are available for training). Generous terrace and balcony areas, covered and open, also make it possible for everyone to enjoy their privacy and find a completely undisturbed corner, even at maximum occupancy.

The house is accessible from several sides from the terrace. You immediately enter the super cosy living room, which also makes the hours inside extremely inviting. With a large sofa, a TV and a fireplace, everything you need for a relaxing evening is here. Pretty, colour-coordinated decorations also create a cosy, stylish atmosphere. A semi-circular passageway connects this area with the dining area, which in turn provides access to the fully equipped, large kitchen with space for a small seating area. There is also a pretty double bedroom and a bathroom on this living level, while upstairs there are two further beautiful bedrooms (one with a walk-in wardrobe) and a second shower room.

Slightly elevated and attractively south-facing, the stylishly furnished Villa Turo del Sol sits on a 1,100 m² plot around 10 minutes' drive north of Portocolom. The shops, bars and restaurants along the harbour promenade of Portocolom are well worth a visit. The beautiful beaches of the east coast can be reached in a short time from this holiday home on Mallorca, also due to its location on a small road. A perfect location to enjoy privacy and good infrastructural connections.
