The Costa den Blau townhouse is the perfect accommodation if you don't want to miss out on the charm of an urban infrastructure and at the same time long for a cosy retreat that can also accommodate larger groups. A tree-lined street leads you to the ochre and orange-coloured house, which boasts a beautiful roof terrace and sun loungers on the first floor. Here you can enjoy the wonderful blue sky and the Mediterranean climate while enjoying a great holiday read or a nice chat.

The house itself is furnished in a very modern style, dominated by bright, friendly colours and subtle works of art on the walls, which quickly convey a discreetly homely feeling. The entrance area on the ground floor leads into a living room with a large corner sofa, where you can also watch TV from home thanks to the satellite technology. A white dining table is also available here for communal meals. You can prepare these in the spacious adjoining kitchen, which is fully equipped and simplifies housework with a microwave and dishwasher. There is a striking stone in the corner of the room, reminiscent of a house fountain, which lends the villa a pleasant atmosphere. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is also located on the ground floor, as is a very tasteful bathroom with the comfort of a bathtub for a sensual end to the day. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with double beds, as well as two rooms each with a single bed and a further bathroom.

Grab your swimsuit and take a two-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach, which is known for its characteristic harbour and promenade with a special maritime flair. If you fancy a quiet day of swimming, we recommend a visit to the natural fjord of Cala Petita, 3 km away. SIllot, 8 km away, also offers everything you need for a wonderful day at the beach. On your return, you can stroll through the picturesque old town of Porto Colom and enjoy fresh fish at the Sa Sal restaurant, for example. Due to its central location, the traffic can be audible from the roof terrace. If you fancy cooling off, you can visit the Coves del Drac stalactite cave system, which has the largest underground lake in Europe. Just a stone's throw from the idyllic Playa de Porto Cristo, the Costa d'en Blau townhouse is the perfect option for anyone looking for the complete package of sea and urban flair! The promenade and yacht club are within walking distance, as are exquisite restaurants and the Coves del Drac stalactite caves. A 20-minute drive will take you to the larger town of Manacor, where you can do plenty of shopping. The many attractive sandy beaches on the east coast are also within easy reach.
