In the rural east of Mallorca, this villa is a wonderfully comfortable home in the middle of a green oasis for up to six people. Impressive palm trees grow on the spacious property, as well as gnarled olive trees and tall cypresses - a variety that truly reflects the wonderful nature of the island. This newly built, rustic-looking house with thoroughly modern furnishings offers plenty of seating and is the perfect place to relax, eat and socialise. The turquoise blue swimming pool shimmering in the sunlight is truly tantalising and invites you to relax right outside the door. If you want to be active, you can swim laps or simply lean back on a lounger and lose yourself in thought. Children will also be delighted: The lovingly designed garden offers plenty of space to play as well as a swing.

In the summer months, like everywhere else on the island, life takes place mainly outside, but Can Payes is also absolutely impressive from the inside. The centrepiece of the pleasantly bright living and dining area, which is open thanks to the large windows, is the fireplace, in which the fire crackles on cool evenings and spreads a cosy warmth. Several comfortable pieces of upholstered furniture are waiting for holidaymakers in need of relaxation to settle down for a well-earned break. Natural elements such as wood and natural stone can be found throughout the house and radiate a warm, natural atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - everything you need to prepare delicious Mediterranean delicacies is available, all you have to do is shop and get started! On the ground floor there is also one of the three spacious double bedrooms, in this case with its own bathroom. Two further bedrooms and a modern bathroom are located on the upper floor, accessible via the curved staircase, one with direct access to a terrace and one with an adjoining small living room including a sofa bed and access to a balcony. The pretty natural stone villa Can Payes is located in a quiet area, just 2.7 km from the small village of Son Servera in the east of Mallorca. The house is surrounded by a green garden paradise, idyllically situated in the middle of an unmissable landscape. The view of the shimmering sea, especially at sunrise, will take your breath away; you can enjoy it from the terraces on the first floor. The nearest supermarket is just 3.9 km away, while the popular artists' village of Artà is 8.7 km down the road and the nearest beaches, such as Sa Marjal and Cala Bona, are only around 7 km away by car.
