This inviting little villa is just right for holidaymakers looking for a balance between easy access to the beach and nature and the liveliness of a tourist town. The medium-sized property is divided into two halves; on the other side are fruit trees and chickens whose eggs you can enjoy. The property is surrounded by other villas, gardens and chalets. The impressive outdoor area in front of the house is dominated by the pool, which was built in winter 2014/15. The depth varies between 1.10 and 1.80 metres and is easily accessible via a series of curved steps. Modern aluminium sun loungers on the surrounding sun terrace invite you to sunbathe. If you prefer to spend some time in the shade, simply look for a breezy spot under a parasol or under the pavilion specially made by the owners. Out here, under the rustic bamboo canopy and surrounded by a gravelled bed of vibrant greenery, you can sit at the dining table and enjoy a cool drink or a nice snack. The square, covered veranda at the front of the house is great for alfresco dining together, it is conveniently located and offers a beautiful view of the garden. Everyone loves a good BBQ on a summer's evening, and with the fresh and local ingredients available here, you're in for a real treat.

The cleverly divided interior of the villa exudes an atmosphere of cosiness and comfort that makes it easy to come here and feel at home. Light-coloured walls, exposed ceiling beams and large terracotta floor tiles create a beautiful setting for the simple yet elegant furnishings. The single-storey living space has a large room that serves as both a living and dining area during your stay. Spend relaxing hours inside on the comfortable sofa or, if you prefer, on the two armchairs around the corner. The flat-screen TV and high-speed internet connection ensure that you have the right equipment for watching a film or two or keeping in touch with your friends and family at home. And on cooler evenings, the fireplace will keep you warm and cosy. If it's not nice enough to dine outside, just come in and take a seat at the dining table in front of the window. The kitchen is located behind a counter behind the main roof and has all the amenities you need for a self-sufficient holiday experience, including a fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Melitta coffee machine. This area of the house leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The lovingly furnished bedrooms have beds measuring 1.90 x 1.35 m (1x) and 1.90 x 0.90 m (2x), allowing you to enjoy a restful night's sleep.

The 1 km long beach has fine white sand that slopes gently into the sea. It has been awarded the Blue Flag for its high water quality. The beach is monitored and cleaned daily and you can also hire sun loungers and parasols. It can get quite crowded in the middle of summer. Showers and toilets are also available on site. One advantage of being only 200 metres from the beach is that this area has excellent transport links. Manacor (20 km), for example, is very easy to reach for shopping. The town offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants and nightclubs. The town of Artà (14.5 km) and its picturesque neighbourhood are a little quieter and always worth a visit. And from the villa, places such as Son Servera (2.6 km), Costa dels Pins (5.4 km) or Sa Coma (also 5.4 km) are only a short drive away.

Villa Coral is as versatile as it is cosy, just 1.5 km from the village centre and 2.1 km from the beach in the village. With supermarkets, bars, restaurants and an extensive promenade along the beach and harbour, Cala Millor offers plenty of activities to occupy your holiday time. It is only a short drive from several beaches in the area.
