Then the four-storey townhouse Can Pera de Fornalutx is probably just the right accommodation for you. The beautiful natural stone house with green shutters was built on a fantastic south-facing slope in the picturesque, romantic village of Fornalutx. Although it is located in the middle of one of the typical residential streets of the town with few direct neighbours, a well-kept small garden with a paved terrace area, lawn, old gnarled trees and a private pool invites you to relax and enjoy your privacy. While you sit lost in thought on one of the inviting garden chairs in the sun and savour a delicious drink, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the impressive green mountain world that surrounds you.

Rustic stone floors, vaulted ceilings, dark brown beams, lots of old wooden furniture and beautifully decorated tiles throughout perfectly emphasise the rural character of the house: Can Pera de Fornalutx is an authentic Mallorcan, tasteful, rustic living space. The rooms are distributed over the basement, ground floor and two upper floors. On the ground floor, at garden and terrace level, you will find the cosy kitchen with a table for breakfast or small snacks as well as the living and dining area. On cooler evenings, you can put your feet up on the stylish sofa and enjoy the warming fire, while only two steps separate you from a pleasantly lit vaulted ceiling made of rough-hewn natural stone. Brick-built benches with comfortable cushions and several rustic wooden tables made from old barrels invite you to cosy get-togethers, shared meals, board games or private wine tastings. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms, which also have original and modern en-suite bathrooms that match the style of the house, are located on the two upper floors.

Fornalutx is considered one of the best-preserved traditional villages in Spain and rightly so! Stroll through the narrow streets of the village of 600 inhabitants, walk along the old cobbled streets and admire the beautiful, well-preserved facades of the houses. Stop by one of the many cafés, sample the regional delicacies in one of the local restaurants or in the long-established village bakery. The special flair of the town will quickly cast a spell over you. Fornalutx is also an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours through the Tramuntana mountains. Your holiday home is located right at the foot of the popular Puig Major cycle route. You cross the Puig Major at an altitude of 818 metres. The route is 13.7 kilometres long and is particularly suitable for experienced and experienced cyclists. If you want to spend a day by the sea, you should cycle along the 9 km road, which can be heard from the property, to Playa de Port Soller. The guarded beach is located in an idyllic bay and boasts a very good infrastructure, from parasol hire, showers and toilets to a lively beach promenade with bars and restaurants. A townhouse close to nature: Can Pera de Fornalutx, built on a south-facing slope in the village of Fornalutx, offers exactly this wonderful holiday combination. Here you are high up in the Tramuntana mountains and Fornalutx, often described as the most beautiful village in Spain, offers marvellous views of the Sollér valley. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance of the house. In the garden, you can take a dip in the pool and relax under the mature trees. The beach Playa de Port de Sollér is only 9 km away.
