The brick-built pool, which is set into the lawn, offers refreshment. Sun loungers are available in the immediate vicinity. There is also an outdoor dining area in the conservatory right at the entrance to the house. A rustic fireplace is available for cooler evenings. Thanks to its location at the gates of Cala Ratjada, you can enjoy quiet living here. A great extra is the furnished roof terrace, where you can spend relaxing holiday nights in the moonlight.

The fully equipped kitchen with centre island and bar stools opens directly into the conservatory with dining area. A total of six people can be accommodated in three double bedrooms. Two of them and one of the shower rooms are on the ground floor. The third bedroom with its own shower room is located on the upper floor. The roof terrace is accessible from there.
