If you have already spent a finca holiday, you will immediately recognise the quality of Es Moli de Son Pocapalla. In addition to the surroundings, including the beautifully landscaped grounds, the rustic quarry stone house itself deserves special mention. In a phenomenal hillside location above the small village of Sant Llorenç, you can enjoy a marvellous view over the green hills and small villages all year round. The natural stone finca with the covered dining area at the front (a barbecue is available) offers two further, partially shaded terraces from which you can enjoy this unforgettable view. An artificial grass area offers play equipment for small children and for the slightly older ones there are football goals and a basketball hoop. A special highlight is the windmill, which is directly adjacent to the perfect summer house. At its foot is the spacious pool area with surrounding terrace and sun awning. Swimming fun takes on a special quality in the evening, when the windmill is not only beautifully illuminated from the outside, but also from the inside. In the upper part, two rocking chairs await you in complete silence and allow you to experience incredibly romantic moments.

The traditional holiday home speaks volumes about its past, as evidenced by the quarry stone walls, some of which are also visible in the interior. The symbiosis between Mallorcan traditions and modern Mallorca is very successful. The furniture, some of which is antique, is complemented by modern furnishing components. This works just as well in the cosy living room with fireplace as it does in the separate, light-flooded dining area. The fully equipped kitchen with its second dining area under a cosy canopy and the second fireplace is reminiscent of a typical farmhouse parlour, the kind you only find in old houses. The original kitchen also leads into the tower of the old mill. After the adventures of the day, you will find a deep and restful sleep in three charmingly designed double bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and the third with a cosy sloping ceiling on the upper floor. The modern tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers round off the comfort of this finca with the melodious name Es Moli de Son Pocapalla, which is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. You should definitely make a note of it!

This traditional rental finca with a windmill called Es Moli de Son Pocapalla and a great, family-friendly outdoor area is located just above the village of Sant Llorenç in the eastern part of the island. Thanks to its proximity to the Ma-15 motorway, which is only noticeable in windy conditions, Manacor, the medieval town of Artà and Cala Ratjada are all within easy driving distance. The east coast offers many bathing opportunities on well-developed city beaches such as Cala Millor, 20 minutes away, or beautiful natural bays.
